To an extent it can be considered healthy to worry. A person feels a responsibility and obligation towards achieving their aims in order to care as well as support those whom they are close to. However in many cases this worry can increase to very dangerously intense levels. Generalized Anxiety Disorder is a case in which an individual worries to such a highly intense level that it can render them dysfunctional.

There are many events and instances in life in which a person can not predict the outcome of occurrences. Many such instances can be grave situations on which one is emotionally forced to worry about. A good idea is to plan your actions in relation to the relative outcome. Now one method to relieve your worries relating to a situation you can not control is by creating probability or likelihood of an act occurring diagrams. Tree diagrams are a good example of how you can make an educated guess of the logical likelihood of a certain invent taking place. One should also try and develop back up or secondary plans incase if an undesired outcome occurs. With a back up plan developed you will have an alternative to pursue.

Being prepared is always helpful in reducing worries. When one worries too much about a future issue and procrastinates rather than do something to prevent that incident from occurring they create situations for larger worries. If you foresee a problem that could exist in the future then one can prepare themselves to be better at dealing with such issues.

An effective method of dealing with stress is to sweat it out. Exercising allows one to physically reduce their stress levels by excreting all the toxic wastes that are unnecessarily trapped in the human body. By reducing the levels of toxins in the body one reduces the level of negative energy inside them that can result in experiencing severe psychical symptoms of worrying and stress as shoulder or neck pain.

A person should prevent their thoughts of making a mountain out of a mole hill. By thinking too intensely of the probability of a worry or stressful situation resulting one can over think and over exaggerate the problem to be bigger worry than what it in reality really is. One should make a conscious effort to reduce their worry levels to be based on logic and reality.

In order to resolve any situation or dilemma causing you to worry, try to break the situation down into smaller parts of the problem and develop tactics to create short run plans to solve theses fragments of situations step by step.
